after 2weeks from the expiring date my solution has not received a feedback yet, so I was thinking:
what happens if the company analyses all the solutions, chooses the one which matches with its target and takes it, saying nothing to anyone, leaving the status on "brand is choosing"?
How can we know that?

ogni Brand ha il dovere contrattuale di scegliere un vincitore. Le soluzioni dei creativi sono e restano di loro proprietà per tutto il corso della gara e in caso non vengano selezionate dal cliente. Inoltre il Brand è perseguibile penalmente qualora dovesse utilizzarle senza aver ufficializzato la cessione dei diritti attraverso l’acquisto, in accordo con il Brand Agreement.
Per quanto riguarda eventuali timori e conseguenti verifiche: nel caso tu abbia proposto un nome con un dominio ancora libero, potrai constatare che non venga acquistato da qui a poco tu stessa, con gli strumenti che la rete mette a disposizione.
Tuttavia quanto detto sin qui e non è in nessun modo legato al ranking delle singole soluzioni.

in a previous answer, we were said that no thumb means your solution was trashed, but It is possible that it hasn't been checked yet. Wait and see and keep hoping...
