has any solution been chosen? if my solution is chosen, i will provide the original file, and the file in html/css.
Do we have to keep the same colors you have used previously or we can creat the new skin and logo with new colors..?

The comment about does not answer in detail about the website skin. Do we creators need to present only a graphical presentation (example: mockup in Photoshop) or is it required that we submit a working site (html, css, etc.) – Since brief mentions not to use Flash it sounds like asking for a working site – Thanks.

vorrei sapere se è sufficiente inviare solo la skin del sito web. nel brief infatti si legge:" The website must be static, and a webmaster will periodically insert and update the contents." significa che il sito deve essere graficamente predisposto ad eventuali aggiornamenti o che devo anche realizzare un cms?

avendo il sito caratteristiche statiche, il cms non è necessario. E' sufficiente che graficamente venga impostato in modo da essere predisposto ad aggiornamenti.
