Dear All,
here is how and when we are allowed to disclose the winning Solution:

∞ All IP rights over the winning Solution are tranferred to the Brand. In parallel the budget is wired to the account of the winning Creator.
∞ Most of the Brands prefer not to publicly uncover the creativity until its implementation/production. Sometimes the Solution is used pretty soon after the closure of the Pitch, in other occasions is intended for future projects.
∞ We can only publish the winning Solution in the Blog upon Brand’s approval formalized by signing the “License Agreement” (legal doc allowing us to make the Solution public). As soon as that happens you all get to see it in the BootB blog.

Please note that the same procedure applies to shortlisted Solutions. We contact Creators featuring the shortlist made by the Brand and we ask them to sign the same document, since all rights over their Solutions belong to them.

Non capisco perchè c'è questo accanimento nei confronti di SiiC, non vedo niente di diverso che non succede in altre gare! Non vedo perchè devono cambiare le regole solo per questa gara! Facciamo che la soluzione vincente sia visibile su BootB così molti si tranquillizzano, il dubbio ed il sospetto è una cosa tutta italiana, purtroppo.Io credo che una cosa fondamentale di ogni gara è il rispetto delle regole e delle parti. Sarebbe giusto che i creatori abbiano piu considerazione dalle brands , come dico sempre qua non stiamo a pettinare le bambole!

che quasi in tutti i concorsi alla fine c'è un'insoddisfazione generale che spesso sfocia in dubbi per la correttezza dello svolgimento.
Questo è sicuramente dovuto al celare disperatamente immagini che gli stessi creatori vorrebbero che fossero viste.
Ritengo questo comportamento inappropiato oltre che illegale poichè fino alla scelta del vincitore, il lavoro resta di proprietà dell'ideatore che può scegliere di mostrarlo.
Spero di non essere censurato per questa presa di posizione a cui vorrei che aderissero gli attualmente sfruttati creatori e ringrazio.

We will proceed with asking Creator’s approval to share with all of you their almost winning Solutions – please note we can only do so upon their confirmation. As soon as we have it, we will publish the Shortlisted Solutions on the BootB blog.
