This opportunity gives you the huge advantage to have many creatives brains from all around the world at your disposal, instead of just an agency. You also got hundreds of ideas to choose from.
The least you could do as a professional company, is to give a feedback to the creatives who have spent their time to make a work for you.

You should be thrilled for having received so many proposals instead of saying they were “too” many to answer.

Hello everybody,
No fine-tune has been brought to the brief as our problem is not really that you missed the creative objective but that the names we liked the most are not available as .com domain.
After many internal discussions we have limited the shortList to the namings corresponding to the following number of solutions:
# 468
# 466
# 73
# 17
# 10
Many other proposals were very cool ideas (like # 61 for example) but only the previously enumerated ones fully fit our needs..
The concept behind the above solutions were just right for our business and we would like to find similar ones. Just make sure the .COM is available.
IMPORTANT: We ensure you that we have reviewed all Solutions and if many of them were not TRASHED it’s because there were too many.

Not only the above solutions were ranked as KEPT. Those above are though our real preference out of all.
All solutions not ranked are to be considered as TRASHED.
