Solution 1 you supplied was taken in the .com.au domain.
Solution 2 has a long brand name and doesn't really position it in any marketspace.
Soluti on 3 completely different from any brand currently received. There is a slight possibility that it may progress through the selection process.

Logo option submitted in solution #39 will be considered within our selection process. I personally didn't like the logo from solution #40.

Even if the brief is well written it's always hard to start a graphic project without asking some questions to the Brand (if we use the comments we'll unveil the job line...).

Thank you for your submissions. Unfortunately you should have researched the ideas for Brand prior to creative, as 2 of your 3 ideas are unavailable within a .com.au domain. Your 3rd although, it is available doesn't position it correctly within the marketplace.

Solution #26 is not the best Brand put forward at the moment. It doesn't position its self clearly in the target market.
